Hi, we're the Raskobs, Rick and Sandy. We have owned and operated High Tech Professional Cleaning & Restorations Services for the last 16 years. I was born and raised in Prince George and my wife has been here for over 25 years. We chose to raise our family of 4 children in Prince George and have lots of family, friends and ties to the community. We plan to be here for a long time!
Our Company has grown considerably over the last 3 years. We are outgrowing our facilities and in the near future we have plans to either lease of purchase a bigger building, to accommodate our needs, well into the future.
We have always been very strong advocates for continuing education for ourselves as well as our employees. This keeps us current with new technology that is changing all the time.
I have completed my Master Fire & Water Damage Status with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification. In June 2006, I attended a Xactimate course in Provo, Utah. This course helped with compiling information for our Estimate Proposals and doing floor plan diagrams. I also attended a Thermal Infrared Camera course and received inforation on how to document water and fire damage jobs for insurance claims and have recently attended a Mold Remediation Course - November 2008 in Edmonton.
We are members of the following associations: Violand Management, Piranha Marketing, the local Chamber of Commerce and BNI Northern Alliance.
Our commitment is to provide Honest, Ethical, High Quality Workmanship and Service to all of our clients. During the past five years we have worked diligently to prove that we can work with Independent Adjusters, Insurance Companies and with other restoration contractors. In Conclusion, I believe that we have the resources to take on any size Water Damage or Fire Damage job, large or small.
